The Essence Toner from Pyunkang Yul is an essence-type toner that deeply hydrates and strengthens the skin from the very first step of your routine.
The key ingredient in its formula is astragalus root extract. This ingredient, widely used in traditional Korean medicine, is known for its richness in natural antioxidants, flavonoids, and saponins, compounds that help keep the skin balanced, hydrated, and more resistant to external aggressors.
When the skin is dehydrated, tightness, dullness, and even constant sensitivity can appear. That’s why this toner helps reinforce the skin barrier so the skin feels comfortable and hydrated for longer.
The formula also includes arginine, an amino acid naturally present in the skin that helps maintain flexibility.
