National Shipping

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Barcelona, Spain. Please note that we follow the local and national holiday calendar, so no orders are processed on those days.

During launch periods, promotions, or campaigns like sales or Black Friday, or in cases of force majeure, national deliveries may take longer.

If for any reason we are unable to meet the estimated delivery times, don’t worry — we’ll get in touch with you to keep you informed about the status of your order at all times. Please note that if there are delays, we always notify them in the shopping cart and during the checkout process under “delivery method”, so you are aware before completing your order.

If you happen to choose an incorrect delivery method or address, we can make the necessary changes as long as the customer covers the cost. To make changes, please contact our Customer Care team at helpmiin@miin-cosmetics.com with your request.



During high-volume periods such as launches, promotions, campaigns like Black Friday or sales, or due to force majeure, international deliveries may be delayed beyond 48 hours after the order is placed. If for any reason we are unable to meet the estimated delivery times, we will contact you to keep you informed at all times.


RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

Return Policy

First of all, if there is an issue during the shipment of your order, you can contact the courier directly or write to our Customer Care team for help. These are the couriers we work with:



In the rare case that you receive the wrong product or a damaged one, or if you wish to return or exchange a product, please contact us at helpmiin@miin-cosmetics.com within 15 days of receiving your order.

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 15 calendar days of delivery. If any products are missing from your order, you must send visual proof to helpmiin@miin-cosmetics.com within 7 calendar days so we can process your claim. Our Customer Care team will ask you a few questions, guide you through the process, and work on a solution for your case. That's what we’re here for!

Order Cancellation

Cancellations can be made via this link,, from the Order Details section in your user profile, or through the order confirmation email. The maximum time to request a cancellation is two hours after placing your order. After this period, the order will enter the preparation process and will be considered a withdrawal. In that case, the order will still be shipped, and if you no longer wish to receive it, you must refuse delivery to the carrier so the package can be returned to our warehouse. The return will be processed as a withdrawal, and the corresponding shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund amount.


Withdrawal

There are cases where an order may be considered a withdrawal return: due to missing data, recipient’s absence, unanswered calls, or failure to collect from a pickup point. In such cases, the package will be returned to our warehouse, and the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost. This cost is the same as listed in the pricing table at the beginning of this page.

If you want to return your order after receiving it, email us at helpmiin@miin-cosmetics.com within 15 days of delivery. Please note that we will only accept your return if we are notified within those 15 days and only if the products are in their original condition: new, unused, unopened, and in their complete original packaging. If your order included a gift, sample, or free item, these must also be returned in their original, unused and unopened condition. Once our team verifies the products, they will explain the return process.

When the products arrive at our warehouse, you will receive a refund for the product price — please note that handling and return shipping costs will be your responsibility and will be deducted from the refund. If you are returning a product due to a defect or issue and our team confirms it, you will receive a full refund, including delivery and return shipping costs. The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the order and may take a few days to appear, depending on your bank.
